About The Position

You will be the Engineering & Technology (E&T) Operational Excellence (OpEx) Integrator for the E&T Operations Team. Our team is responsible for driving continuous improvement across the Engineering & Technology portfolio, ensuring Lockheedâ Martin's engineering groups deliver all contract commitments on time and successfully execute the Aero Long Range Plan (LRP). As the OpEx Integrator you will lead, coordinate, and administer key operational initiatives that keep our engineering enterprise efficient, compliant, and future ready. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing the Aero Operating Model (AOM) and leading Break Through Objectives (BTO) and Annual Improvement Priority (AIP) initiatives to align with strategic goals. Coordinating corrective actions (CAR/ICAR); and Make/Buy Board decisions. Managing engineering activities such as the Engineering Tools Board, IP/Patent Management, facilities and material management account systems, and the IT portfolio. Overseeing compliance and quality through AS9100 audit management, E&T command media administration, and maintenance of the Lessons Learned database. Supporting other operation initiatives including workforce development and training, metrics and data integration, overhead budget planning, and staffing/ workforce planning. This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a largeâ scale aerospace or defense engineering environment, with proven exposure to one or more of the following:
  • Corrective Action/Incident Management
  • Process improvement frameworks
  • Crossâ functional program governance (boards, committees)
  • Proficiency with enterprise tools
  • Strong dataâ analysis abilities (Excel, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with engineering standards and audit processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of producing clear executiveâ level briefings and technical documentation.
  • US Citizen
  • be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance
  • successfully pass a drug and background check
