About The Position
The position is located at MCT Bank's North Street Branch in Jim Thorpe, PA, requiring 30-40 hours of work per week depending on assigned projects. The role supports the daily activities of the Operations Department, including Operations, Direct Banking Center, Process Design, Information Technology, and Credit, through project-related work assignments or job shadowing. The goal is to learn various functions throughout the summer. The position may involve working on sensitive projects that require access to client information, where confidentiality is of utmost importance. Additionally, the role may provide customer service and operational support to other departments, including research, file maintenance, account reviews, and projects related to internet banking, bill-pay, debit cards, telephone banking, mobile banking, cash management, and e-statements.
