About The Position

Operations & Engineering Site Lead The Opportunity: As the Operations & Engineering Site Lead, you understand the workings behind complex systems and architectures that support Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) programs. That knowledge is key when it comes to providing technical oversight and direct support with advanced Air, Ground, and Maritime ISR systems, as well as SATCOM and Network Operations support throughout the critical operational environments across global installations. At Booz Allen, you’ll use your engineering and management skills to support a broad range of mission partners in the DoW. Our team performs a wide range of technical development, engineering, integration, cybersecurity, and testing and evaluation of existing and new systems, including Cloud transport, SD-WAN/LAN network transport infrastructure and configurations, RF/SATCOM communication systems, and the associated cybersecurity posture for manned and unmanned ISR assets required under the DoW. This includes implementing best practices to enhance the C2ISR system performance and guarantee operational stability of infrastructure supporting mission-critical systems with seamless integration into ongoing military operations. That’s why we need you, a technical leader who understands what “No-Fail” means. You operate with extreme ownership and demonstrate full accountability for outcomes, proactively identifying problems, driving solutions, and ensuring completion without reliance on external direction. You take personal responsibility for mission success, team performance, and deliverable quality—owning both successes and failures. You can anticipate risks, remove obstacles, and act decisively to close gaps before they impact schedule, cost, or performance. In this role, you’ll operate with a “no excuses” mindset while maintaining professional humility and continuous improvement. You will elevate team effectiveness by taking initiative beyond assigned responsibilities to support mission objectives and provide technical leadership encompassing deployment, maintenance, optimization, and command and control for manned and unmanned C2ISR systems. Additionally, you’ll direct, advise, and assist teams with SATCOM and Network Operation Center operations, operational site integrations, proactively testing and evaluating emerging capabilities for future requirements, monitoring system functionality, managing security compliance with established military standards, reinforcing configuration management rigor and standards, and directly reporting, advising, and directing on behalf of the government customer. Join us. The world can't wait.
