About The Position

Work directly with production and installation personnel to identify, test, and implement process improvements. Use engineering drawings to assess producibility, recommend design adjustments, and set hour standards for efficiencies. Perform run and process trend analyses to pinpoint performance gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement. Partner with cross functional teams (process engineers, production staff, quality assurance) to align improvement efforts with business goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Team player.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficiency with Minitab for statistical analysis and project tracking.
  • Able to create and work with Excel Macros
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with TeamCenter Engineering (or similar product data management tools).
  • Background in production operations, preferably in fabrication and installation contexts.
