Same Day [SSD] Operations Engineer, you will lead and manage the lifecycle of
challenging cross-functional projects. You are a customer-obsessed leader who
will play an integral part in the planning and execution of facility
infrastructure for new builds, retrofits, expansions and program initiatives.
Project management and internal/external stakeholder management skills will be
essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulae, and data visualization
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Ability to travel up to 80%

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with and managing third party vendors
• Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
• Travel up to 80%

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned project.
• Partner with customers and internal/external teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity including significant milestones and conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.
• Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
• Manage project budget and approve all purchase orders.
• Travel up to 80%.
