About The Position
Dorman is seeking an Operations Engineer to join our team at our electronic component remanufacturing facility in the greater Harrisburg area. As an Operations Engineer, you will focus on improving and maintaining production equipment throughout the facility to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Key responsibilities include maintaining equipment calibrations and ensuring the facility remains ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) compliant. The role also involves assisting lower-level technicians with their assignments and projects related to both the maintenance and repair of production assets. Additionally, as an Operations Engineer, you will collaborate with fellow engineers to continuously evaluate and enhance equipment and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
