About The Position
The Operations Engineer for Avant Organics supervises the strategic planning, execution, and maintenance of infrastructure and equipment within buildings and facilities specialized in Aromatic and Specialty Chemical processes. They are responsible for designing and supervising the implementation of facility expansion, layout, diverse systems, and controls. Additionally, they ensure that all operational activities adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements. In addition to the responsibilities, you will be tasked with updating systems, conducting machinery repairs, implementing proactive maintenance measures, and meticulously documenting operational procedures and processes. As an operations engineer, it is imperative to continually seek avenues for enhancing quality and efficiency while simultaneously identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
