The position involves communicating with guests, team members, and management, assisting the Rides Management team with downtime reports, and responding to requests for assistance throughout the property with a safe sense of urgency. The role requires protecting the assets and property of Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and its guests, promoting a Total Safety Atmosphere, and enforcing the rules and policies of the park. Additional responsibilities include logging pertinent information related to ride calls and incidents, as well as performing other duties as assigned to support the park.
