About The Position
eQuip (a division of AssetWorks USA, LLC) develops and implements asset management solutions for defense manufacturers and others with complex asset tracking and compliance needs. We seek a technically-minded Operations Director who will roll up their sleeves and lead from the trenches. As the CEO’s deputy leader, the Operations Director will lead our Professional Services/Implementation team. The ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships. The Operations Director will lead our Professional Services/Implementation team. The role’s key responsibility is overseeing the delivery of high-quality implementation services to our clients, ensuring seamless transitions to our software solutions. Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge is a must for this role.
