About The Position
We are looking for a growth-minded Operations Director to be based in Danvers, MA that will provide emphasis on delivering strong customer centric KPI's amidst their growing demand, while continuing to instill a premier safety culture amongst our manufacturing sites based in the US and Ireland. This role will drive strategic decisions to optimize global manufacturing and distribution footprint to drive down total delivered cost and maintain best-in-class customer service levels. The Operations Director will serve as a critical member of the Performance Polymers (PP) leadership team. The Operations Director is responsible for developing a high-performance team that manages the functions of EHS, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain. The role ensures timely delivery of a quality product, in quantities that meet sales demand and at a cost that insures profitability and growth consistent with ITW PP's objectives. In addition, the Operations Director is responsible for developing and implementing a Strategic Operations Plan for the division utilizing the ITW 80/20 model while demonstrating the ITW Leadership expectations. The Operations Director will collaborate with operations managers and team members to drive strong productivity and performance at each of our manufacturing facilities.
