Requirements

  • Motivated leader with a passion for people and community.
  • 3-5+ years of leadership/management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine heart of caring for people, good team player
  • Possesses a willingness and desire to learn and be coached, open-minded and adaptable while taking ownership in their stake in the business.
  • Organized, detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to keep composure under high pressure and make decisions quickly without compromising strong communication skills.
  • Ability to drive results while maintaining a fun and loving work environment.
  • Monday-Saturday availability
  • 45 hours/week, up to 60 hours/week based on business needs
  • Sundays off
  • This role requires schedule flexibility to meet the needs of the business. This typically includes availability for peak periods (11 AM - 2 PM, 5 PM - 8 PM), opening and/or closing the restaurant based on need. This is important to maintain a strong understanding of daily operations and all aspects of the business. A typical week will include 5-6 days, 45-60 hours.

  • Lead and inspire a highly skilled team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a remarkable customer experience.
  • Implement strategies that promote team growth and community engagement.
  • Develop and coach team of leaders to execute the restaurant's vision and uphold its values.
  • Model core values of Tenacity, Integrity, Coachability, and Care.
  • Recruit, train, and grow Team Members through intentional development and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with Owner/Operator and Leadership Team to align on business strategies and long-term vision.
