As an Operations Director, you will have the opportunity to oversee a portion of an 8 million dollar business, lead people, and influence our community of Hancock County. This role would be overseeing a portion of our Operations (Kitchen, Front of House, etc.). You will work in a fun and fast-paced environment while learning skills for running a business, but even more importantly - leading your life. Requirements

5+ years of business/leadership experience (Restaurant experience preferred but not required)
Bachelor degree or higher (preferred but not required)

Ability to lead & work in Operations of the business
