About the role The Operations Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Manufacturing and Packaging Departments, ensuring production schedules are met with the highest quality standards and cost efficiency. This role drives the department’s vision of zero accidents, zero defects, and zero waste, while serving as a key member of the Site Leadership Team. The Director will design and implement new processes, oversee technical management of existing systems, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. As a senior leader, this individual will coach managers to strengthen leadership and behavioral competencies, delivering measurable business results.
