About The Position

The Director of Operations at Chick-Fil-A in Memphis International Airport is responsible for managing all revenue-generating and operational activities of approximately six restaurants. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a multi-unit restaurant environment.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, unions, and partners.

• Schedule managers to ensure leadership presence during all operating hours.
• Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Monitor financial and operational data to meet zone goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
