About The Position

FNB’s Development Programs span multiple lines of business and run for at least 12 months. Designed to equip Associates with a strong foundation in credit, these programs also provide essential professional tools for success at FNB. Through specialized training and hands-on assignments, the structured curriculum fosters skill development and career growth, preparing Associates for long-term success. The Associate will rotate within their line of business to increase their business acumen for the pathway of career advancement.

Requirements

• BA or BS
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
• Passion for supporting sales teams and providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools
• Willingness to pursue required licenses and certifications
