About The Position

The Operations Delivery Manager at Fast Lane oversees all facets of event and logistics management. Their responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating SMEs, managing cancellations, and ensuring customer satisfaction for all deliveries. This multifaceted role requires close collaboration with the Services and Product Management Teams, upskilling SMEs on new classes and product lines, negotiating SME rates, and managing class profitability. Additionally, the Operations Delivery Manager liaises on new product launches, updates course Provisionals, attends vendor calls, and supports both the Finance and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Public/private/T4H/Marketing event delivery mgt. Schedule SMEs.
  • Cancelled/GTR class management.
  • Logistics management on private deliveries – instructor calls, understanding expectations, ensuring CSAT.
  • Collaborate with Services on scheduling SMEs.
  • Upskill/ramp SMEs on new classes and product lines.
  • Class profitability and SME rate negotiation.
  • Liaise with Product Mgt. on new launches and management of current portfolios. Keep Provisionals updated/add for new product lines.
  • Course updates: retirements, schedule updates, new courses, version changes etc.
  • Attend vendor calls.
  • Update Vendor Checklist for their product lines – pricing updates for courses and exams.
  • Support sales with SME availability, quoting/costs, and overall training capabilities.
  • Support finance with invoicing and receivables questions.
  • Fulfillment of Opt. Mgt. requests + creation of private class events.
  • Creation of intercompany pass throughs events.
  • Instructor onboarding and vetting.
  • Mgt. of Operations Coordinators.
  • Red flag reports and running the meeting once/week.
  • Annual schedule creation in conjunction with product team.
