This entry-level position is responsible for managing data requests and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources across various departments or lines of business. The role involves creating and producing forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc., while utilizing SQL and other data skillsets. The individual will actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience, develop reports and deliverables for management, and communicate with all levels of stakeholders. Responsibilities include pulling, integrating, and joining data via SQL from multiple sources such as vendor sites, production systems, CRM, and order management tools to produce requested metrics and data elements. The role also requires creating and producing visual reporting such as forecasts, dashboards, trending, or pacing via Excel, Tableau, or other reporting tools. The candidate will independently lead and take ownership of project/reporting efforts from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits, validation, and analysis. Additionally, the role involves creating tables, views, and stored procedures on servers and data warehouses (SSMS, Snowflake), setting up automated SQL jobs for reporting, and providing ad hoc reports as needed.
