Researches, links, and refines sources of information throughout the company to support the safety of coworkers, to maintain databases of safety metrics and corrective actions, and develop reports of findings, work methods, commitments, corrective actions and other related utility information Analyzes performance, identifies trends, monitors compliance with audits and identifies issues Designs and implements systems to collect, organize, transfer, and report data from various internal and external sources Participates in business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives Develops, manages and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication and training The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and assigned location, subject to change per business needs. PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
