  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 or more years of experience in customer service and/or banking.
  • Working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word) required.
  • 1 or more years of experience using financial institution and third-party systems for plastics transactions or related payment transactions.
  • 1 or more years in research experience in a customer service environment.
  • Prior experience servicing a credit/debit card product or familiarity with SCRA requirements.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
