In this role, you will have a unique position within our central-Collins' team that monitors and supports our industrial performance across Collins to our most valued OEM customers. Our Customer and Account Management (C&AM) organization is looking to onboard an enthusiastic and customer-focused Operations Customer Manager (OCM) team member to support our Regional & Business Aviation (R&BA) team. This position offers direct customer interaction as well as direct ties into our Collins business units and central organizations. You will be responsible for collecting, managing, and communicating R&BA customer industrial performance (Delivery) for key Collins Aerospace R&BA customers. This includes monitoring demand trends, supporting aircraft platform rate changes, and readiness activities. You will work with related Collins business units and respective manufacturing locations to identify recovery dates and directly support recovery efforts. Additionally, you will manage and support key customer initiatives that require a “One-Collins” centralized approach. Acting as a “voice of the customer” conduit, you will ensure a high level of customer affinity and support major customer performance reviews, program readiness assessments, and program management reviews, including senior management meetings and executive-level presentations. Utilizing C&AM's central-Collins position, you will effectively communicate customer activities, concerns, and best practices across Collins businesses, sites, and central functions. You will also support Business Unit/sites virtual or on-site recovery activities and participate in R&BA CORE initiatives. This role will allow you to work with OCM counterparts on a wide array of activities while developing standards and consistencies across our OEM customer overlook. You will quickly learn about the many products, manufacturing sites, personnel, and business structure of Collins Aerospace, making an impact on our industrial performance and the criticality of delivering products on schedule, inclusive of direct internal and external customer communications. You will have access to digital tools used to track, manage, and report industrial performance.
