About The Position

Operations Crew employees assist in the overall maintenance and operation of the facility on a day-to-day basis. Upkeep of the venue including, but not limited to, painting, minor electrical, minor plumbing, minor carpentry, pressure washing, garbage collection, grounds keeping, irrigation, seat repair, and sign hanging. Prepare venue for all events (concerts, arts events, rentals, private parties, etc.), including the placement of tents, tables and signage as directed, assisting sponsors (both local and tour) with setup needs, movement of vehicles, lighting, power, transportation of goods, audio/video setup. Work directly with event personnel to set up dressing rooms, catering, and offices, as desired, including movement of furniture, setting up pipe and drape, tables, cooking areas, and assisting in the building and/or breakdown of items brought with the tour. Work directly with event personnel to set up parties, meet and greets, private performances as desired. Promptly respond to calls/reports regarding cleanliness, safety, or any other issues during an event. Conversion of venue from event-to-event including, removal/install of seats, building/breakdown of thrusts, removal/install of pit framing, and building/breakdown of camera platforms. Cleaning the venue after an event. Complies with company safety policy at all times. The noise level in the work environment can be moderate to high on event days. This role involves moderate to heavy lifting/labor and may be exposed to various environmental conditions including heat. Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. We are accepting applications, with an anticipated start date in mid March 2026.
