Sika is looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join its growing team. This is an entry level role. The Operations Coordinator will actively participate in the plants Sika SAFE Program, review production schedules, and estimate worker requirements to complete production assignments. The role involves analyzing production requirements, generating purchase orders for items, placing purchase orders, and following up to ensure timely delivery. The coordinator will interact with vendors and the Purchasing Manager as needed, generate production schedules, and establish sequences and lead times for each operation to meet shipping dates according to customer orders. Additionally, the coordinator will plan and schedule workflow for the department, maintain MIN/MAX levels for designated items, interact with the Production lead to determine the status of assigned projects, expedite operations that delay schedules, and prepare and maintain required production records and reports.
