About The Position

A growing logistics and construction support company is seeking a sharp, hands-on Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day yard and sales operations. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity that’s ideal for a recent graduate in construction management, logistics, or a related field looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills — able to manage and manipulate data efficiently
  • Comfortable working in a rugged, on-site environment (container office)
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (Construction Management or related field a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Support yard operations and logistics teams from an on-site container office
  • Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and equipment tracking
  • Maintain and organize key data using Excel and other tools
  • Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist both the Yard Manager (operationally) and Director of Sales (administratively)
