This Operations Coordinator role is a key position within the daily workflow—serving as the communication and scheduling hub between customers, field technicians, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service, operations, or call-driven environment
  • Experience coordinating field teams, scheduling, dispatching, or service operations

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to HVAC, skilled trades, logistics, or service-based industries (NICE TO HAVE)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations by managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Serve residential and commercial customers by answering questions related to service appointments, order status, and project updates
  • Dispatch and route technicians efficiently based on schedules, priority, and availability
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the field team to resolve issues and set expectations
  • Support order entry and administrative teams during lower call-volume periods
  • Accurately document schedules, updates, and customer interactions in internal systems
