About The Position

The Spa Mart supports spas, resorts, and wellness businesses across the U.S. We’re a hands-on team. We work together. Titles don’t stop work from getting done. You’ll start as an Operations Coordinator. You’ll learn how the business runs from the ground up. That includes systems, vendors, customers, and warehouse operations. As you grow, you can move into: Account Manager Executive Assistant (Operations-Focused) Or a hybrid role

• Operations, customer support, admin, or warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track orders, shipments, and open issues
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams
• Support customer and account issues
• Help in the warehouse as needed
• Complete other tasks as assigned
• Keep systems and documentation organized
