Main Purpose: The main purpose of the Operations Coordinator within our Cleaning and Environmental Services (CES) Division is to support daily production and operational activities by coordinating workforce scheduling, assisting with hiring and training and ensuring efficient workflow across assigned teams. This position monitors productivity, supports work order and invoicing processes and collaborates with key departments—including HR, finance, logistics and shipping / receiving—to maintain smooth and effective operations.
