We’re seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to serve as the strategic partner and right hand to our Managing Partner. This role is mission‑critical to our agency’s growth—supporting leadership, empowering advisors, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. This is an exciting role because it involves a combination of executive support , operational processes , and creating financial plans with clients , with significant opportunity to influence agency performance and growth.

Requirements

  • Combination of 5+ years of executive support and operations experience (financial services or insurance preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proven expertise with eMoney and Envestnet (required).
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Active Series 7 and 66—or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Masterfully manage the General Agent’s calendar—anticipating needs, scheduling strategically, and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate travel, prepare correspondence, business plans, and strategic documents.
  • Lead planning and execution of agency meetings, events, teleconferences, and our annual awards program.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Team on initiatives that fuel agency expansion.
  • Track CE credits, manage multi-state licenses, and follow up on advisor action items.
  • Support contracting, licensing, registrations, and client-related administrative tasks.
  • Build robust, comprehensive financial plans using industry-leading tools.
  • Oversee new account openings, underwriting workflows, and ongoing client servicing.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between advisors and the General Agent—ensuring alignment, clarity, and organizational momentum.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook to create polished materials and insights.
  • Become a power user of MassMutual’s proprietary systems, supporting advisors and staff.
  • Support initiatives that drive growth, production, and operational excellence.
  • Identify workflow gaps and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead or co-lead special projects and process improvement efforts with measurable business impact.
  • Leverage strong business acumen to support high-level decision-making.
