Role Overview: The Operations Coordinator is a critical professional role responsible for synchronizing technical operations, international procurement, and facility logistics for our high-tech manufacturing site. This position requires a bilingual professional (English/Mandarin) capable of translating complex engineering documentation, managing technical vendor ecosystems, and optimizing the operational workflows of a large-scale industrial launch.
Requirements
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Communications, or a related technical field is required. Master's Degree preferred
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Mandarin is required to manage technical documentation and international vendor relations.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or technical coordination within an industrial or high-tech environment.
- Systems Expertise: High proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, procurement software, and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
