About The Position

Dover Precision Components (‘DPC') is part of Dover Corporation's Pumps and Process solutions segment, delivering performance-critical solutions across various markets including oil & gas, power generation, marine, industrial, chemical, and general processing. The Operations Coordinator supports Cook Compression US Services operations by performing a variety of administrative and operational duties for their assigned location(s). Responsibilities include processing work orders, inventory duties, procurement transactions, scheduling, and customer service activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma and 2 years' experience in related field; prior customer service experience and/or operations or service coordination is required.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills, detail oriented.
  • ERP Experience (Syteline preferred).
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Analyze issues and use sound judgment.
  • Scheduling and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate customer service activities including processing work orders, quotes for service, spare parts, and entering customer purchase orders.
  • Coordinate, plan, and schedule all US Services jobs, including purchase order creation for spare parts and outside services, processing transfers from Cook Compression sister facilities, and managing logistics for site.
  • Monitor, maintain, and update company service job logs WIP (Work In Progress).
  • Manage customer satisfaction by ensuring that USS fulfills its obligations in meeting customer delivery and quality requirements.
  • Manage the US Services order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.
  • Manage all required reporting and documentation.
  • Manage inventory by conducting regular cycle counts and updating bin stock locations for spare parts and components to ensure proper safety stock is maintained.
  • Ensure all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system(s).
  • Cooperate and coordinate activities with other Dover groups to harmonize US Services activities to ensure satisfactory customer experience.
  • Conduct general and clerical office tasks as assigned.
