About The Position

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing various operational tasks including AP invoice management, human resources coordination, daily reporting, month-end close support, shipping, and other administrative support. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

  • High School degree required.
  • Above average skills in communication both oral and written.
  • Above average skills in organization and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates ability to work as a team and effectively manage through others.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing office and/or accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • AP Invoice Management: Code invoices and communicate to AP department.
  • Scan picking slips to Corp share folder.
  • Receipt Non-Stock supplies.
  • Receipt Raw material (Sawdust).
  • Receipt Packaging Material.
  • Work with senior HR staff on all initiatives including onsite HR support, new employee onboarding support, payroll support, timeclock support, general HR recordkeeping, onsite benefits coordination.
  • Review daily bagging reports and update finished goods inventory (Build assemblies).
  • Support the finance department on all month-end close procedures including physical inventory and AP invoice management.
  • Print BOLs/Picking slips.
  • Reconcile BOLs and perform ship all function in Sage.
  • Communicate BOLs with AR Dept. for invoicing.
  • Sign trucks in and out of the plant for outgoing shipments.
  • Provide support to PM and safety program.
  • Update daily reports as assigned.
  • Distribute postal mail and daily packages.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
