About the position
The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating schedules and budgets to ensure smooth operations within a fast-growing business environment. This position involves direct interaction with customers and subcontractors, ensuring projects remain within scope and budget while also overseeing the ordering and stocking of necessary materials.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and managing schedules
- Ordering supplies and coordinating with project managers and customers
- Working with upper management to ensure project scope and direction are on track
- Managing day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities
Requirements
- Experience in time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with at least 2 years of experience
- 2 years of administrative experience
- 1 year of experience in property management or the construction industry
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
