About The Position

Pinnacle Staffing is seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator / Supervisor to support and improve daily operations across multiple business units. This role focuses on team leadership, operational efficiency, safety, inventory, facilities, and customer service support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable leading teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay $50,000-$60,000 DOE

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, warehouse, field service, or supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience with inventory management, equipment oversight, and scheduling
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems and operational software
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in service, installation, construction, or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of safety programs, SOP development, and process improvement
  • Forklift experience or certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support service and installation teams to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations
  • Oversee warehouse operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility
  • Manage company vehicles and equipment, ensuring inspections, maintenance, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Coordinate inventory control, including labeling, monthly cycle counts, and annual inventories
  • Support purchasing and receiving to maintain proper stock levels and cost-effective purchasing
  • Oversee building and grounds maintenance across multiple locations and manage maintenance schedules
  • Assist with service, installation, and warranty issue resolution while ensuring effective resource utilization
  • Promote a strong culture of safety through training, tools, SOPs, and regular safety meetings
  • Help develop, maintain, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Participate in hiring, coaching, performance management, and terminations in collaboration with HR and management
  • Focus on cost control, waste reduction, and continuous improvement
  • Create and maintain operational dashboards and key performance metrics
  • Assist with customer service resolution as needed
  • Support implementation and ongoing use of company operating systems
