Primary Responsibilities: Answer and follow up on phone inquiries in a business oriented manner Greet visitors, drivers, and customers in a professional manner Maintain quality records and Mill Test Reports in accordance with Quality procedures Research and generate necessary paperwork for Service Center management Create and coordinate outbound and inbound paperwork for effective material movement Perform system stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy (SAP) Ensure inventory accuracy by reviewing documents from the floor are completed in accordance with SPS policy Maintain a clean and well organized office area Attend all scheduled safety, department, and company meetings as required Physical & Work Requirements: Office environment with occasional warehouse or yard exposure Facility is a multiple shift operation. Hours for this position are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday - No weekends.
