The Operations Coordinator for the Registrar's Office at York College of Pennsylvania is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.   • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Registrar's Office.
  • Manage correspondences and communication for students, faculty, staff, and other campus community members.
  • Manage and update files, reports, office supplies, and budgetary items.
  • Assist with coordinating meetings and special events.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries within multiple office email aliases.
  • Assist with the design and updating of the Registrar Office website and publications.
  • Manage special projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate within and outside the office to ensure responsiveness to the academic community's needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Understanding of student records policies and FERPA.
  • Banner/Ellucian experience preferred.
