About The Position

The Operations Coordinator – Regional Field Leader is a high-impact leadership role that combines field execution, client interaction, and crew development into one challenging, career-building position. This isn’t a desk job, you’ll be in the field supervising crews, visiting plants, meeting with managers, enforcing safety, and ensuring top-quality results. You’ll work side by side with other Coordinators to align operations, share best practices, and build consistent performance across multiple locations. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of field service leadership or logistics operations experience.
  • Hands-on background managing crews and client-facing responsibilities.
  • Strong safety mindset with knowledge of OSHA and confined space standards.
  • Technically fluent with mobile reporting systems and Excel.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to lead and engage diverse crews.
  • Ambitious, growth-minded, and resilient under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise daily crew activities, schedules, and performance.
  • Enforce accountability for attendance, behavior, and quality of work.
  • Coach and mentor team members, setting a high bar for productivity and professionalism.
  • Be willing to step in and lead crews directly if the situation requires.
  • Conduct plant visits to engage with plant managers and confirm service delivery.
  • Resolve client concerns on-site and maintain strong, professional relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services (hopper cleaning, drum replacement, etc.).
  • Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and on-site inspections.
  • Enforce confined space entry, PPE usage, and OSHA compliance.
  • Oversee incident reporting, corrective actions, and follow-up.
  • Partner in recruiting efforts, interviewing, and onboarding new crew members.
  • Deliver hands-on field training and ensure FastField readiness.
  • Track development progress and create growth opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee tools, fleet readiness, and inventory controls.
  • Approve and coordinate equipment maintenance with vendors.
  • Reduce downtime and tool loss through oversight and reporting.
  • Ensure 100% FastField compliance for job reporting.
  • Audit submissions for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Use job performance data to drive accountability and operational improvements.
