Responsibilities
- Manage data for international shipments.
- Proactively communicate with agents and customers about shipment progress.
- Input accurate and timely details into the operations system.
- Track cargo and issue arrival notices.
- Compute agent debit/credit notes for each shipment.
- Issue invoices and keep track of shipment payments.
- Coordinate freight release and issue delivery orders.
- Manage email and perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain regulatory standards and compliance at all times.
Requirements
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Logistics knowledge or experience.
- Mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (3 years preferred).
