About The Position

Assists strategic business planning and development by gathering and collating data to achieve business objectives and informing key business decisions, with day to day supervision. Assists with project execution and management by collaborating with stakeholders within their team and tracking/reporting project-related activities to ensure expectations are met. Assists in monitoring and improving existing processes by performing routine processes with general supervision and following defined requirements and accountable for achieving expected results for the customer. Supports legal, regulatory, and compliance adherence by leveraging working knowledge to ensure that others are provided with information on new or updated organizational and departmental policies, guidelines, and procedures. Assists with developing policies and procedures by assisting in data collection to help inform policy development pertaining to applicable functions and scope. Supports training by assisting in the development of training requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards with minimal guidance.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in Business/Business Administration, Healthcare/ Healthcare Administration, or a directly related field.
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent AND minimum two (2) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment OR Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment.

  • Conducts bill/claim audits, assessing policy/procedure violations to claims, recording audit findings.
  • Performs standard and non-standard project related work in accordance with established federal, state, and local policies, guidelines, procedures, laws, regulations.
  • Assists with efforts to develop policies and procedures by assisting in data collection to help inform policy development.
  • Writes internal, function-level policies that adhere to departmental, organizational, and industry guidelines, and standards.
  • Supports training by assisting in the development of training requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Coordinates the delivery of routine and non-routine training programs to stakeholders.
  • Develops standard and non-standard project-based training curriculum for a wide variety of operations related activities.
