Joining the Victra Contact Center operations team you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for multiple aspects of contact center operations including but not limited to communications, reporting, quality, employee event planning, as well as a host of other responsibilities. Requirements

  • 12+ months of previous operations experience in contact centers
  • Highly proficient with computers and MS office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and math
  • Demonstrates an ability to solve problems, think, reason, and learn.
  • Attention to detail with an ability to multi-task.
  • Self-driven, able to perform tasks with limited direction.
  • Develops positive working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and must at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma (Undergraduate or some college preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage special projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new tools, processes, and systems.
  • Coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring alignment with the Contact Center's strategic goals.
  • Maintain and update operational records, documentation, and expenses.
  • Assist in forecasting, resource planning, and performance analysis to optimize productivity.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, including IT & HR to address operational needs.
  • Communicate updates, policies, and procedural changes effectively across teams.
  • Support team leads and supervisors in coordinating training and performance initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and execute special event planning.
  • Act of Point of Contact for Facility related concerns.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure operational consistency and excellence.
