The Operations Consultant applies extensive knowledge and experience within Retirement Plan Services to research, analyze, and develop business cases that support process improvements designed to meet regulatory requirements, enhance departmental efficiency, and improve overall productivity. Once a direction is determined, the consultant is responsible for implementing the recommended solutions. This role requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. The work is dynamic and will evolve as business needs, regulatory demands, and new initiatives arise. This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in one of the following locations: St. Petersburg, FL, Memphis, TN , or Southfield, MI.
