Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent with extensive healthcare experience; Master's degree desirable.
• 3 or more years of experience in leadership, consulting, analysis, project management, or performance improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of business practices and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal direction and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and project management for the Emergency Department expansion.
• Work independently and collaboratively on division activities including technology planning and project management.
• Lead and support system planning activities and overall service or division design.
• Promote excellent client and division relationships.
• Serve as a consulting resource to division departments and clients as assigned.
• Conduct timely consulting engagements such as system assessments and performance improvement reviews.
• Make recommendations to improve performance, safety, or efficiency.
• Develop standards and methodologies for the department.
• Monitor existing business practices and recommend improvements for performance and efficiency.
• Participate in meetings and committees as assigned.
• Provide leadership and assist in the education and development of other consultants.
