We are seeking an experienced Communication Lead to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. Initially, you will be part of the startup process, joining us during the construction of our new factory. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, promote organizational culture, and ensure effective information flow across all levels of the company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Manufacturing start-up.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications for industrial organizations or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, email marketing software, social media).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication plans and campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, social media, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company initiatives.
  • Organize and facilitate internal events, town halls, and other employee engagement activities.
  • Manage communication during the startup phase and construction of the factory, ensuring clear and effective information flow in a growing organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and the community.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and feedback within the organization.
