Job Summary: To ensure that the duties and responsibilities assigned are carried out in an effective, consistent and cost-efficient manner that will assure the required protection of bank assets; promotes teamwork by leading and/or participating in internal and external bank activities; and ensure compliance with audit and operational regulations and guidelines. Primary Duties: The main purpose is to provide back up and assistance in all areas of the Deposit Operations Group Process incoming and outgoing wires Learn daily work functions of deposit operations and assist as a backup and relief as needed Handle deposits and balancing of Merchant Capture and Mobile Deposit as needed Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information Performs other tasks requested by supervisor as they relate to the Bank and its functions. Answer daily phone calls and respond to emails from branch office Assist with gathering research data and audit data as needed
