About The Position

The Temporary Operations Clerk primary duties are those of a receptionist, as well as clerical. Must have the skill and ability to work independently and with other team members. Communication and soft skills, as well as customer service experience are necessary. This is currently a temporary position but may lead to a full-time position.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Competent keyboarding and computer use skills.
  • General areas of competency: dependability, personal development, workplace safety, evaluation and interpersonal skills, prioritization, problem solving, teamwork, and time management.
  • Must be capable of working wit and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer phone calls from customers, vendors, and CHB associates.
  • Scan and electronically file documents in Synergy capture system.
  • File documents once scanning is complete.
  • Maintain an orderly, organized, and professional work center.
  • Perform all other duties of a similar nature or level as assigned.
  • Maintain audit, security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Keep informed of internal process/procedure changes, CHB commercial lending practices, banking services, and the overall general economy.
  • Assist with PVC, PVB-Wyoming, and /or CH Brown Company functions as needed.
  • Travel and work may be required on some Saturdays and/or holidays.
