About The Position

We're looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing Consumer Financing team! If you're someone who thrives on improving processes, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and loves diving into data to solve problems—this could be a great fit. The analyst should also be prepared to expand their duties to meet shifting priorities within the organization.

Requirements

• Excel skills to include vlookup, hlookup, xlookup, graphing, etc.
• Ability to convey messaging in a concise PowerPoint deck to be consumed by executives.
• Experience using visualization tools like Lucid chart and other workflow tools.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Good communicator and problem solver.
• Process improvement mindset and solid operations background.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant operations experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Tableau and/or other database visualization tools.
• Customer focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating our Operations Manual.
• Understand the details of our consumer financing products and be an additional reference.
• Research tasks may include loan program issues, customer issues, sales experience issues. You will need to be able to share insights and recommendations from your research.
• Use lucid chart or some other workflow tool to document consumer financing customer experience flows.
• Evaluate our processes for consumer finance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track and report outages from third-party vendors.
• Stay on top of changes in consumer financing and share updates.
• Build strong working relationships with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams.
• Use data-driven information when issues come up to support findings and recommendation.
