About The Position
The Operations Associate (OA) is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a career in school operations or in a school setting outside the classroom. OAs are self-starters and motivated to learn all aspects of operations in order to carve out the path of their career. You find joy in serving as a first point of contact for students, families and visitors to Coney Island Prep and playing a key role in the school’s daily workings -- providing support to teammates on student data and files, compliance tasks, purchasing, stocking shelves and beautifying the school. You will help teammates coordinate and communicate the initiatives of the Operations Team as a whole. The OA will be hired by the Director of Operations (DOO).
