Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate in PNC's Health Care Imaging Operations Group, you will be located remotely within the Cleveland, Ohio area and work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. The position requires working hours from Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm EST to 10:00 pm EST. In this role, you will execute standard, scheduled transactions and processes utilizing established procedures. You will have specific responsibilities for processing and reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. This includes partnering internally with service partners to route calls, documents, or other action items to complete transactions. You will ensure that the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions and confirm that equipment is operational, if applicable. Additionally, you will provide responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests, as well as feedback on workflow and work received. Reviewing transactions and related documents to verify work processes for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures is also a key part of your responsibilities.
