About The Position

The Operations Associate position at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) is designed to support the operational activities of the campus, ensuring smooth program delivery and maintaining inventory control. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle extensive standing
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly to changes
  • Strong computer knowledge including Word and Excel
  • Experience in inventory control systems is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated to provide excellent customer service
  • Superb time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality or event management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Assist Operations Manager in daily operations
  • Manage daily workload and remain flexible to handle interruptions
  • Create and manage a workload agenda to meet tight deadlines
  • Perform supply chain operations including picking, packing, shipping, and delivery of items for programs
  • Ensure the facility has necessary items for programs and participants
  • Balance supply and demand while ensuring continuity of supply and inventory accuracy
  • Clean and set up tables and chairs in training and breakout rooms
  • Maintain daily setups and breakdown of food, beverages, and service items for classroom breaks
  • Set up, stock, and maintain coffee stations for daily use
  • Clean classrooms during participant lunch
  • Complete clerical and administrative tasks
