About The Position
Operations Associates perform a wide variety of general warehouse and material handling activities towards for the overall goals of ensuring the successful receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse and that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations, in the expected quantities. Operations Associates may specialize in one or more department functions such as Inventory Control, Order Processing, or Transportation or may rotate as needed to ensure that products and orders are received, stocked, picked, packed, verified, labeled, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet customer and business needs. In the performance of these duties, s/he may be required to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, stock picking machines, automated packaging machines, and other warehouse equipment to move products and parts.
