About The Position

The Business Operations Associate is a key generalist and support role for the firm's leadership team. This position is central to the firm's efficiency, acting as a vital hub for a wide variety of organizational functions. This position reports to the Manager, Resources and Operations and works alongside 3R leadership, employees, and customers to ensure efficient project delivery, outstanding client satisfaction, and superior employee engagement. This role requires a broad perspective on how various business functions and service lines come together to achieve organizational goals. The nature of this role involves managing many ad-hoc and shifting priorities. 3R actively protects our team's work-life balance, ensuring the workload remains manageable and sustainable.

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience and relevant skills, or associate or bachelor’s degree graduates with 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks, which may include scheduling, project coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Support the leadership team on special projects and manage miscellaneous coordination and administrative needs for the team.
  • Take routine ownership of meeting agendas, proactively identifying topics for collaboration, and tracking action items.
  • Coordinate project-specific administrative needs, such as project plan establishment, client communications and project satisfaction survey sharing and analysis.
  • Support the entire business development process from initial inquiry response and outreach through contract administration and project setup.
  • Lead proposal creation, manage the library of team bios and credentials, and coordinate proposal setup and administration across business units.
  • Lead initial proposal drafts and coordination of proposal reviews
  • Manage the library of team bios and credentials, client testimonials, and references.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and leadership for resource planning on an as-needed basis, assisting with tracking staff availability in relation to project timelines.
  • Serve as the Management Systems Coordinator, facilitating CARs, preparing for ISO Audits, and maintaining the Control Document Library.
  • Act as the primary document control coordinator and support the maintenance of 3R’s certifications.
  • Maintain the library of the team’s credentials and associated training opportunities through membership organizations.
  • Work on several differing projects simultaneously and perform other related duties as required.
