As an Operations Associate , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the store’s operational efficiency while supporting the customer experience from behind the scenes. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for sales operations will help create seamless and effective back-of-house processes. You’ll lead and manage the back-of-house team to ensure flawless execution of merchandise processing, inventory control, and store organization. By working closely with your team, you’ll ensure operations run smoothly, allowing the customer-facing aspects of the store to shine. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you’ll assist with key tasks such as managing inventory, ensuring compliance with store procedures, and supporting visual merchandising efforts. While your primary focus will be on back-of-house functions, your contributions will have a direct impact on the customer shopping experience by enhancing overall store efficiency.
